All buffet menus include Dinner Rolls with Butter, Iced Tea, Iced Water and Coffee.
The DIY Buffet is a full-service option with linen tablecloths and napkins, standard staffing levels, and china and silverware, for events in Baker University Center or Nelson Banquet Room. There is a $3 per person charge to move China to another building.
Choose up to 2 Main Entrees and 1 Vegan/No-Gluten-Ingredients (NGI) Entree (offered by your guest's request, not on the buffet) along with Dinner Rolls with Butter, Salad, Sides, Dessert, Iced Tea, Iced Water, and Coffee.
If you choose a Vegan/NGI Entree we will make 10% of the total number of people on the order. If you require a different number please note it in the 'Special Instructions' section.
