Premium Full Service: Full-Service Premium-1 server per 50 people at event $125.00 per server per hour. Delivery, Setup using our non-disposable stainless chafing and non-disposable platters (no extra charge for the use of chafing), Servers will monitor the buffet and replenish items as needed, Server will keep buffet and surrounding area clean of plates and food debris. Servers can pass appetizers if needed, Servers will clean up buffet and surrounding areas.
