Choose 1 Bread, 3 Meats, 1 of the following: Gourmet Soup OR Premium Salad. Includes Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pickle Spears, Cheese Assortment, Condiments and Set-up. Beverages and desserts are $2.00 extra per person. If ordering Beverages, choose your assortment from the list available. If ordering Soup, Call for a list of available soups, before making choice.
