Our signature version of lasagna is made with a mixture of short pasta cuts, one of three tomato sauces (meat, vegetarian, or Italian Sausage), and kilos of mozzarella, Parmigiano, Pecorino Romano, ricotta, and asiago.
Gluten-free pasta can be substituted.

Who says mac and cheese is just for kids? We use the perfect mixture of heavy cream and four high-end cheeses (Parmigiano, Pecorino, Romano, ricotta, and asiago) for a rich, satisfying dish.
Your choice of white or whole wheat penne smothered in Alfredo sauce and baked with mozzarella and Parmigiano.
Choose from a variety of pasta cuts, including gluten free.
The 6-10 serving comes with two 32oz sauces of your choice and 8oz of parmesan, and the 15-20 serving comes with four 32oz sauces and 12oz of parmesan. A 12oz pesto can be substituted for a 32oz sauce.
