We added Guava to this traditional Berliner Weisse; a cloudy sour beer originating in Northern Germany that’s creation dates back to the 16th century. Low ABV, low bitterness and soured with a lactobacillus strain, it is vibrantly tart as well as amply carbonated. Fun fact about this style: Napoleon referred to it as the “Champagne of the North”–and we think it pairs well with Orlando’s vibe. 3.6% ABV
Named after the iconic amusement park that brought joy to the Lake Ivanhoe area in the early 1900s, our American IPA brings joy of a mouthwatering kind. American malt and hops lead the charge and a slightly dry finish allows an ample bitterness to really shine–while being supported by a malty balance. We use only the finest ingredients and unique hops to make this beer stand out in this uber-popular style *most entered category at the Great American Beer Festival for 10 years straight.
This one won a gold medal at Florida Best Beer Fest in 2019 for the Porter category.
This one has dark color of deep brown with reddish/garnet hues, and a creamy head. The nose contains mild notes of roasted grains, chocolate, and toffee. There can also be undertones of coffee or licorice. The mouthfeel is light to allow enjoyment year-round in Florida weather. Hop bitterness is noticeable but balanced with the malt.
