✔ How We Serve It Up:

• Individual bites (sliders, deviled eggs, small bites) are sold by the dozen, with a 2 dozen minimum per flavor.
• Meats (wings, meatballs) are sold by the pound, with a 2 lb minimum per flavor.
• Trays & dips are available in multiple sizes, with portions clearly noted.
• Sushi is available by the roll (8 pieces) or tray—because sometimes, one roll just isn’t enough!

✔ Flexible Ordering & Payment:

• Orders needed ASAP? We require a minimum of 7 days' notice with full payment at the time of booking.
• Booking more than 7 days in advance? Secure your date with a deposit, and finalize your menu, headcount, and payment 7 days prior.

✅ Express – Customer Pickup from The Flavor Lab.
✅ Direct – Delivered in disposables, with the option to purchase wire disposable chafing kits. Meals are transported in insulated boxes for freshness.
✅ Classic – Upscale drop-off catering. Includes stainless steel chafing dishes, serving pans, and professional serveware, along with disposable plates, flatware, and napkins. We return after the event at a scheduled time to pick up the equipment.
✅ Signature – Full buffet setup with professional attendants. Our team stays to maintain the buffet, pack up leftovers, and clean up, ensuring your event space is left spotless.
✅ Exclusive – Luxury Full-Service Catering. Our most bespoke offering includes customized menu planning, top-tier presentation, and white-glove service for a truly refined experience.
