Our box lunches are a lighter choice for your large gatherings that will make distribution easier and fast! Each box lunch will include a Classic Sandwich, one of our traditional sides, pickles and sauce. Minimum of 10 Box Lunches
Slow smoked and seasoned with our housemade rub, our pulled pork is a crowd pleaser! Served on a toasted brioche bun and we left you in control of the sauce, drizzle it or drown it just the way you like!
From the smoker to the cutting board, we pull the chicken off the bone and add it to a toasted brioche bun then finish it off with lettuce, tomato, and mayo!
Beef done right! 14 hour smoked Brisket, chopped and placed on a toasted brioche bun!
